RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
We want you to feel confident when booking or purchasing with Adi Surf. Please read the terms below carefully, as they apply to all bookings and purchases made online, in person, or via direct message.
1. Surf Lessons
Cancel 7+ days before your lesson → 100% refund
Cancel 6–2 days before → 60% refund
Cancel within 24 hours or no show → no refund
If a lesson is canceled by Adi Surf due to unsafe conditions (weather, swell, tides, etc.), we will:
Reschedule you, or
Issue a 100% credit for future use
2. Surf Trips
If you cancel your booking:
Cancel 30+ days before the trip → 70% refund
Cancel less than 30 days before the trip → 50% refund
No-show or cancellation on the day of travel → no refund
If the trip is canceled by Adi Surf (our fault) → 100% refund
Force Majeure Situations (illness, travel restrictions, injury, natural events):
If the situation is on your side → We will discuss options and may transfer your booking to new dates, but no refund.
If force majeure is on our side → We will rearrange the trip or fully refund.
3. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
Can be transferred to another person (just send us the new name)
In case of serious illness, injury, or force majeure, validity may be extended by mutual agreement
4. T-Shirts & Merchandise
We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues.
To qualify:
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Contact us with photos within 7 days of receiving it
We do not refund for:
Wrong size selection
Change of mind
Normal wear, washing, or use
Damage that occurs after delivery
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage during shipping.
We recommend choosing insured & trackable delivery.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
